AAIE and Modern Learners are excited to announce our new series of online leadership "workinars"
We invite all AAIE member schools to extend and deepen the conversations that we started at the global conference in San Francisco
Each of the “leadership challenges" identified by AAIE members last spring will be the topic of a 90-minute online "workinar" run by Will Richardson and his team at Modern Learners starting in April. "Workinars" are a combination webinar and workshop, giving participants a mix of presentation and discussion/collaboration time to frame actionable next steps to work on each challenge moving forward. They are fast-paced, focused, and forward-thinking.
In addition, all registrants will receive access to the Modern Learners Community (MLC), an online salon of over 700 member educators from around the world who are sharing experiences, posting resources, and engaging in dialogue around reimagining the experience of school for students. AAIE members will also have a separate group within MLC to discuss each leadership challenge and their work to overcome them.
What you'll learn in these workinars:
Registration gives you access to all workinars. To give us a sense of your interest and number of participants, please check the topics you plan to attend.
Hi. I'm Will Richardson.
I'll be facilitating the AAIE/Modern Learners workinars that we'll be holding over the next few months. My hope is to push the conversations about your "9 Leadership Challenges" to a deeper level and to help you get practical about your responses.
As a former school administrator, I know how important it is to keep our focus on community-wide learning that truly serves students. I'm excited to be on this journey with you!
