Are you confident in your abilities to lead learning in this time of unprecedented change? Can you say with certainty that you are preparing students for their futures? To truly thrive, not just survive, in this fundamentally changed time?
We know and understand the need to innovate learning practices, but is it enough to transform learning? Or must we also confront the realities of our current leadership practices and close the gap between what we believe about modern learning and our leadership practices?
